Current DOT Pojects
Today, I drove through the new, almost finished, Gladiolus and Summerlin double fly over intersection. It got me thinking, "How many Transportation projects are currently on going in the county?" With a little on-line research, I became enlightened. For more information go to this page and find the Major Road Improvements map and get educated.

The Minneapolis Bridge Disaster
The Antiplanner asked if we can please add this acronym to our vocabulary for planning purposes. NAMFAE It is not hard to see this one coming to Lee County. It only took how many years to plan and build the Mid-Point Bridge? Most amazingly, none of the dire predictions came true, but our community waited at least 25 years for the bridge. We were there long before the acronym.
